PROJECT OVER Canada ( Im a student and need help PLEASE )?

Okay my class is doing a project over Canada. We are acting like our Teacher is taking the trip to Canada, and we have to plan every aspect of the trip. We have to have a flight leaving Texas from a major airport adn flying to Canada. We have to have prices on everything, and while in Canada he needs to tour the country by railroad. The like overview for the project is as follows:

* Create an itenerary for a 5 day trip across Canada by railroad
*Decide what time of year he will travel
*Decided where to get on and off the train
* What side trips he will take throughout the tour
*Special events, Major Cities, and National Parks
* A map showing where you are going and side trips
* Get price for the traveling

ANY HELP IDEAS OR SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, BECAUSE I AM STRUGGLING A LOT…
