UKPC Taking them to court?

UKPC are a national rip off company, they place non valid tickets on cars and then threaten to take people to court knowing that most people will just pay rather than going to court. see this link below for a small but still large sample of their behavior on the consumer group forum.

Can any body tell me, can I take them to court for myself and for everybody else, basically all I need to know is how to start action against them and what court action can I take against their nationwide fraud and theft

Yes you can take them to the County Court and no you don’t need a solicitor and no you certainly don’t need their permission. Phone your local County Court and they will send you the 3 forms that you need to complete. They also send useful leaflets regarding the process.
