Would Republicans vote for Eisenhower, Teddy Roosevelt or Lincoln if they were running today?

Eisenhower, self declared “Peace” president, used federal tax dollars to create many of our highway systems.
Roosevelt, progressive founder of the National Park system.
Lincoln, used federal power to free oppressed people.
Also: I picked these three, because while not perfect, they are the three Republicans in history I most admire.

I sure would, I’m a traditional Conservative (Republican). Most Republicans aren’t Republicans anymore. I can only name a few handful of Republicans. Ron Paul, George Taft (I think), Chuck Hagel, Tim Tancredo, etc.
