Math, science, and/or engineering-related field trips for college students in Northern California?

I’m trying to think of some good science-related field trips for some college students in the Northern California area. Any ideas?

Examples: Exploratorium, Turtle Bay Exploration Park, Lassen Volcanic National Park, etc.
