Any national parks or national monuments in San Fransisco in 1906?

OK so for a a report I need a national park or monument that people went to for the big earthquake in 1906 in San Fransisco please please help me

People went to Golden Gate Park to live, but as you learned from your previous question, that’s not a national park.

However, they also set up camp in the Presidio, which at the time was a military base, so I think that would count as a “national” area.
