The passengers are going to have a tougher time of it than the car. If all five people are adults, it’s probably not going to be a lot of fun for those in the back seat.

Google Maps says that your trip is 347 miles; a Prius has an 11.9 gallon tank — so unless you get under 30MPG you can easily do that on one tank. Even with all those people and all the luggage, you’d have a difficult time getting mileage that low in a Prius.
