Pokemon Platinum (US): National Dex Question?

Okay, I have the national dex (from a cheat), but the 2 people at the battle park won’t move out of the way so I can go and catch Heatran. I’ve seen every pokemon in sinnoh, I’ve talked to Rowan’s assistant or whatever in Eterna, I’ve beaten the Elite 4, and I went to talk to professor Rowan and all he says is, “The world is immense. There are many more pokemon. That means there are many more thrills to go seek and enjoy!” or something like that. If there is a code to get a complete national dex or anything, please, PLEASE tell me. I want to get past those 2 people blocking the way in battle park!
