national park stamps

What kind of fish can you catch in Sequoia National Park, CA?

Probably going there over labor day and need to know because I love to fish and will I need an individual stamp on my annual fishing license

The park has Rainbow, Brook, Golden and Brown Trout. Only thing necessary is a valid Calif., fishin’ license, soooo don’t worry bout’ a stamp. Season be from from April to November 15, 5 limit fish per day and total 10 in possesion at any time. Plan on a lot of ppl (Labor Day), but am sure you’re aware of that. When I fished there (few years back) on different occassions, I went with either Pautzke’s “Balls of Fire” salmon eggs, Panther Martin or Blue Fox Spinners, might want ta’ give Power Bait by Berkley a shot also. Good luck, have a safe one annnd “Fish On” ;)
