Travel from Nongkhai to Khao Yai (Nakon Ratjasima) by van?

My 4 friends come to THailand and they want to go by van/car (+driver) from Nongkhai city to Khao Yai national park. They want to spend for this trip around 3000 or 4000 baht (incl. oil). Is there a company that can bring them to Khao Yai?
