What should a PR person at Capitol Reef, a national Park in Utah, know?

I would imagine this person should know a bit of the geography and geology of the park; the history of the park and surrounding area; information regarding the various plants and animals; maybe some info of the surrounding area (cities, towns, sights); some of the policies and procedures in place for preservation and conservation; etc.
