Fishing in a NSW National Park?

Just wondering if their is a penalty for fishing in freshwater in NSW national parks? I know you are not allowed to fish in freshwater in NSW national parks.
Their is this old dam in the bush near where i live. I think it is in a national park, but the border lines on the maps aren’t very clear so i am not certain.

Call the Park Service or ask a ranger.
