Anybody read the book walk two moons?

I need help naming all the places where Sal and her grandparents go. I already have the following 16:
Bybanks, Kentucky
Euclid, Ohio
Madison, Wisconsin
Chicago, Illinois
Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Mitchell, South Dakota
South Bend, Indiana
Elkhart, Indiana
Lake Michigan
Missouri River
Wall, South Dakota
Mount Rushmore
Yellowstone National Park
Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
Pipestone National Monument
Lewiston, Idaho

I need to find every place named in the book, but these are all I found. If there is one that is not on the list above PLEASE tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
