Where can campers in Zion National Park take a shower?

The campsites in Zion National Park do not have showers. The park service says there are public showers in the nearby town of Springdale. I know theres a private campground in town that offers showers but are there other choices?

There are campgrounds just outside the park that have showers.

Or, just hike “The Narrows” you’ll spend some time in some waist to chest deep water. You can give yourself a quick “spritz”.
